Information Usage Agreement

Agreement & Use of Paine Electronics Information: To assist our customers and reps in the bidding, specifying and design process, Paine Electronics, LLC has assembled a series of usable PDF documents. You may use these documents in electronic form or hard copy. The user is permitted to incorporate Paine Electronics, LLC documents into project drawings, plan estimates, renderings or other pre-design requirements provided, however, that the user reproduces all Copyright and other proprietary notices on all electronic and hard copy uses and such notice must be affixed to any permitted copies as were affixed to the original.
 
Paine Electronics, LLC restricts the use of our documents for any purpose other than the use as outlined herein. The user is hereby restricted from using the documents to create another similar, related or complementary object, product or facsimile of same.
 
The documents and the information contained therein are the exclusive, confidential and proprietary property of Paine Electronics, LLC. The documents and any facsimile hereof are copyrighted with all rights reserved worldwide. Copyright laws and confidential and proprietary property rights require the written consent of Paine Electronics, LLC for any use, whether in whole or in part, other than as outlined herein.
