On-Line RMA Form Terms & Conditions: · All units must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number prior to return. · Paine Electronics is the only authorized service and repair facility. · A $95.00 charge will be applied to all RMA's. This amount will be applied to credit, warranty or replacement of parts if a problem is determined and the repair is approved by the customer, otherwise the complete RMA charge will be applied and billed to all returned non-repaired products. · Non-authorized repairs will void the warranty · Order placement/authorization may be via telephone, but written confirmation must be received prior to service. If no written confirmation is received, Paine Electronics will NOT repair the product. · Paine Electronics is not responsible for in-coming freight charges. · Paine Electronics will return product to the Customers original invoice and/or purchase order 'ship to' address, freight prepaid, Standard Ground Service. All warranty related repairs and evaluations will be returned to the customer at no cost. All non-warranty repair freight charges will be paid for by the customer. · Repaired or replaced products are warranted for six months or the balance of the original warranty, whichever is longer. All other terms and limitations of the original warranty shall apply to any extended warranty. · After receipt of a product being returned for repair, Paine Electronics shall in its sole discretion determine whether a product can be repaired. If a non-repairable product is still covered under warranty, it will be replaced unless the defect is due to mis-use. If it is not covered under Warranty, it will not be accepted for return. |
