NEW Programmable Digital Immersion Style Temperature Probe Series

 

EAST WENATCHEE, WA - 12/2011. Precise digital temperature measurement from -40°F to +302°F (-40°C to +150°C) in the most extreme environments, the 225-10-010 Series incorporates our proprietary technology with innovative temperature sensing to provide Design Engineers a completely programmable device capable of multi-node network integration and multi-mode temperature monitoring in direct fluid and/or gas media streams.

NEW Digital Subsea CANopen Series w/ Temperature

 

EAST WENATCHEE, WA - 02/2011. Designed specifically for subsea systems, Paine Electronics new Digital SubSea CANopen® Series meets the requirements of API 17F / ISO 13626-6 and CIA 443 (SIIS Level 2 device) providing the intelligent CANopen® networking solution for pressure and temperature measurement.

 

Precise digital pressure measurement from 0-10,000 PSIA and temperature measurement from +20°F to +150°F (-6°C to +65°C), the Digital SubSea CANopen® Series sports a micro Subconn® MCBH4F subsea connector, is constructed of all welded titanium for long term subsea operation and provides easy network integration.

 

Typical Applications: Subsea Production Systems, ROV’s, Subsea Control Systems, Subsea Valves and more…

Paine Electronics new 220-10-020 Series is offered in pressure ranges from 0-100 to 0-10,000 PSIS, operates at temperatures from -40°F to +260°F and provides temperature measurement from -40°F to +300°F.

 

The new 220-10-020 Series incorporates Paine’s proprietary sensor technology with innovative temperature sensing to provide rapid detection of changes in pressure and temperature in the toughest, most remote applications. The 220-10-020 Series can be provided at higher pressure ranges, with alternate port fittings and electrical connections and provides the best solution to designers looking to reduce space, weight, power consumption and lower their component costs.

 

Typical Applications: Subsea exploration, remote/extreme environments, industrial automation, test stands and more.

 

Specifications Brief: Accuracy of Digital Pressure Output: From 0.075% of the full scale output, Pressure Resolution: 16 bits minimum, Temperature Output: °F, °C or °K, Temperature Resolution: 10 bits minimum, better than 0.5°F, Excitation: 5.00 VDC ± 0.25 VDC, Input Current: 25 mA MAX @ 5 VDC, Digital Output: RS 485.  Custom protocols available upon request: RS-232, CANBus, SPI and I2C, Pressure Media: Any compatible with 15-5 PH CRES.

New Submersible Pressure Transmitter, 4-20mA

with 500V Protection:

 

EAST WENATCHEE, WA - 04/2010. Designed for offshore oil & gas, ROV and submersible sub-sea applications, the 214-35-500 Series Pressure Transmitter is now available with a Sea Con® XSEE-3-BCR bulkhead connector.

 

Offered in pressure ranges from 0-1,000 to 0-20,000 PSIA, 4-20 mA output and operating at temperatures from -65°F to +230°F (-53°C to +110°C) the 214-35-500 Series provides maintenance free performance in the toughest applications.

  • Static Error Band: ±0.50% of the full scale output

  • Thermal Zero Shift:  0.01% of full scale per °F.

  • Thermal Sensitivity Shift:  0.01% of full scale per °F.

Since its release, the increased demand of Paine Electronics Miniature S-Class Transducer Series has grown at an exciting rate. Now being designed into some of the most exciting orbital projects ever, this even smaller transducer has really hit the mark!

 

Offered to systems designers seeking accuracy and reliability in applications where size and weight are a concern, this smaller transducer operates at pressure ranges from 0-500 to 0-5,000 PSIA and is now only 2.47” (62.73mm) in length by 0.77” (19.55mm) in diameter and weighs in at 2.64 oz. (75 grams).

 

Operating at temperatures from -40°F to +140°F (-40°C to +60°C) providing high level output signal amplification with Class ‘S’, QML-V / ELDRS free electronics to meet EEE-INST-002/ MSFC-STD-3012 standards, this latest release of Paine Electronics Miniature S-Class Transducer Series is set to see many years of bright orbital mission critical success.
