PRESS / PRODUCT RELEASE: EAST WENATCHEE, WA - 04/2006 - Paine Electronics, LLC, the leader in custom, precision pressure instrumentation, is pleased to announce the release of two (2) of it's newest high temperature series transducers.
213-36-940 Amplified High Temperature (+400° F)
211-50 Series +500° F High Temperature
Utilizing Paine’s custom strain gauge bonding technology, these two new transducers offer specifications and performance to meet the toughest environments. Operating at a temperature range of -40° F to +500° F these units provide a very low total error band of 0.2% with non-linearity to less than 0.05% and non-repeatability, hysteresis and with a thermal error band of less than 0.15%, these products provide extreme performance, repeatability and reliability.
Offered in many (or in specific) pressure ranges both series can be configured with a variety of voltage inputs, electrical connections, pressure ports as well as special testing and thermal compensation can be added depending on the application and requirement.
Corrosion resistant Inconel
wetted parts and all welded, hermitically sealed construction make both series ideal for use with corrosive media in the smallest of applications. Only .85" in diameter x 2.06" long, the 213-36-940 has superior performance in the smallest high temperature environments such as Fracturing, Perforating, Wireline, Slickline and Slim line applications. The 213-36-940 series is also available as Absolute or Gauged for differential measurement.
The 211-50 series is ideal for End User and OEM applications in the Energy Exploration and Production, GeoThermal, Power Generation and more. Only .50" in diameter x 1.50" long, the 211-50 Series has superior application usage in extremely high temperature and pressure. Environments and applications such as Blow Out Preventors, Production Pods, Seawater Submersible ROV's & AUV and more find rock solid performance with this new high end product.
Paine Electronics, LLC. is a designer and manufacturer of high accuracy custom, precision pressure instrumentation. Paine’s products are used by most of the toughest industries in the world and this year celebrates it's 55th year of excellence.
03/2006: Paine Electronics moves it's Seattle Manufacturing Division: The new Paine manufacturing facility represents a departure from Paine's long-time home in Seattle Washington. After many years (before 1963) in the Rainer Avenue area, a landmark has moved to Renton.
The new location represents a completely brand new high tech manufacturing facility designed for the manufacture of Paine's custom, state-of-the-art pressure instrumentation. Add together precise manufacturing processes, some of the most skilled people in the industry to advanced automated testing systems, this new facility is truly light years ahead of the completion.
