Downhole, Differential Pressure Transducer & Satellite Transducers

Products & Innovative Design: Paine Electronics provides a large selection of standard transducers designed to meet the various requirements of most pressure monitoring applications. We also provide custom designed transducers for specialized applications.

Innovation is inherent in every Paine pressure/temperature transducer. Our low pressure transducers are designed with a strain gage wire bonded to a diaphragm. The bonding technique yields distinct advantages: it eliminates mechanical parts; reduces acceleration effects; and provides increased long-term stability, reliability and accuracy.

For more demanding applications, our high pressure transducers feature a proprietary strain wire-wound sensing-tube design. This high temperature/pressure transducer design eliminates acceleration sensitivity, requires virtually no calibration and can withstand conditions up to 500° F.

Many transducers contain custom circuits designed by Paine Electronics, which are manufactured in our specialized thick film hybrid facility. This technology enables us to provide increased design flexibility for specialized applications.

Quick Link to Standard Products

Pressure Transducers

Innovative transducers designed to meet the needs of most pressure monitoring applications. In addition, we can provide custom designed devices for specialized applications.
Intrinsically safe two wire 4-20mA current loop transmitters. Ideal for use in remote locations where lightning and static electricity can cause problems. Can be used in the photochemical processing industry where potentially explosive gases are moved or stored.

Down-Hole Pressure Transducers

A Paine downhole pressure transducer is specifically designed for high temperature and high pressure applications where long term stability is important. The materials used in construction are compatible with H2S and other highly corrosive media.

Differential Pressure Transducers

Full line differential pressure transducers designed for hydraulic systems. Our hydraulic pressure transducers have two separate sensing elements to measure the pressure at the input ports. The sensing method provides an output directly proportional to the pressure difference at the two ports. A Paine differential pressure transducer is available with or without temperature compensation.

Satellite Transducers

Space qualified and used to measure fuel pressure on satellites and space probes. Our satellite transducer units tolerate a high level of shock and vibration without damage.

Signal Conditioners

Both general purpose units designed to operate from line AC voltage to special designs for aircraft and missile applications.

Accessories

When you buy a pressure transducer or transmitter from Paine Electronics, we make sure that it meets your requirements and interfaces properly with your equipment.

We maintain a complete stock of accessory parts, including a wide selection of mating electrical connectors, pressure fitting adaptors, cable assemblies and pressure seals. Simply tell us your specifications and we can send you a sensor ready to install and go to work.
