Return Material Authorization

Non-authorized repairs will void the warranty. Paine Electronics is the only authorized service and repair facility. All units must have Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number prior to return.

All information is kept strictly confidential and is not released to

any outside sources "ever".

A $95.00 charge will be applied to all (non-warranty) RMA's. This amount will be applied to credit, or replacement of parts if a problem is determined and repair is approved by the customer, otherwise the complete RMA charge will be applied and billed to all returned non-repaired products.

Order placement / authorization may be via telephone, but written confirmation must be received prior to service. If written confirmation is not received, Paine Electronics will NOT repair the product.

Products are warranted for six months or the balance of the original warranty, whichever is longer. All other terms and limitations of the original warranty shall apply to any extended warranty.

After receipt of a Product being returned for repair, Paine Electronics shall in its sole discretion determine whether a Product can be repaired. If a non-repairable Product is still covered under warranty, it will be replaced unless the defect is due to misuse. If it is not covered under Warranty, it will not be accepted for return.

Freight on any returns will be paid by the Customer. Paine Electronics. will ship the replacement to the Customers original invoice 'ship to' address, freight prepaid, Standard Ground Service.
